I am looking for 5 partner to sign up for the www.aleks.com K-12 math program on a 6 or 12 month basis, so that we can shared the discounted family/home-school  cost of $449.76/six month or $809.76/12 month, an average of less than $12.50/month per student.  My daughter has been doing it for sometime, on and off, and we see great difference in her math ever since she started. For individual use, the cost is $20/month.  The nice thing about the program is it is designed for self study on a computer that the student can log on anytime to study at their own pace all the way to G12.  One kid we know of reached high school level at grade 4, and in some schools, the math teacher use it to help some struggling students. Its master account allows parents log in to monitor their kids progress anytime, anywhere, making it ideal for families with both parents working full-time and kids stay home alone.
