Directed recruitment activities and admissions decisions for college of 150 BFA and post-baccalaureate students. Supervised staff, managed recruitment budget, developed policy and procedures, directed marketing and publications and developed orientation programming. Presented and spoke about student and faculty artwork to art classes at over 80 community colleges and high schools annually, and reviewed portfolios at National Portfolio Days around the US and Canada. Developed and curated two exhibitions of Portland-area high school student artwork in college’s gallery. Full-time enrollment increased from 79 to 144 during my tenure.
