We are going to have a Presidential Service Award Ceremony/Fundraiser!

 When:  4:00-6:30, Saturday, December 22, 2012 
Where:  595 Lawrence Expressway, Sunnyvale, CA 94085
Cost:      $20 per person

What?

·         Presenting the Presidential Service Awards 

·         How to get presidential service award next year

·         Celebration—music and dance shows

·         Food and drinks

 

Here is an agenda:

4:15 PM: Award ceremony—Kris Wang, formal Cupertino major, and Sangeeta hearts board vice chair will present the awards

4:30-5:30 PM: Celebration—We will have dances, singing, and music

5:30-6:30 PM: Food

6:30 PM: Drive to family support center: There are about 80 homeless children who live there.  

7:00-7:40 PM:  Celebrate the holiday with those homeless children. Bring gifts to them.

 

If you have any gifts, please do not forget to bring them for these homeless children!
