Since Julia Robinson was a mathematics professor at UC Berkeley, it is especially fitting that the first 2011 Julia Robinson Mathematics Festival will take place on the UC Berkeley campus. This festival will have a morning session and an afternoon session on Sunday, January 30, 2011. The morning session will be from 9:00 am to 1:15 pm and the afternoon session will take place from 12:15 pm to 4:30 pm. There will be many tables with exciting mathematical activities set up in the Pauley Ball Room in the MLK Student Union on the UC Berkeley campus. These activities will range from levels that middle school students will enjoy, to levels that will challenge the brightest high school students.

The festival is open to the public, but we ask for advance registration, so we can plan for everyone who will attend. Please register for the morning or afternoon session by following one of the links on the left.
