Stocks fell sharply today with the Dow trading below 13,000 for the first time since early August, and the S&P 500 under 1400 on track for its biggest drop since June, as investors’ focus shifted from President Barack Obama’s re-election to those time-tested catalysts: the looming fiscal slow down or the "fiscal cliff" with the $600 budget cut and tax increases; Europe’s debt crisis and the dollar. The 10 year Bond is closed at 1.63% today.
Almost all mortgage rates are at historical low now, especially the Jumbo loan programs, for some borrowers who have > 800 credit score, and < 65% LTV, the ARM rates are even better than Super Conforming.
